Terms and Conditions

1.  All clients will be deemed to have accepted Scoteleia Gundogs terms and conditions (laid out below) on booking any course or lesson.

2. Cancellation policy: if you do need to cancel any bookings, we require 48 hours’ notice or payment will still be due in full.

3.  Dogs are to remain on lead unless otherwise specified by the trainer.

4.  Bitches in season cannot take part in group sessions. At the time of booking please ensure your bitch is not due a season. Classes booked are non-refundable should your bitch come into season during the duration of the classes. If this occurs you are welcome to come along without your dog, to take notes. If an early season should happen that affects your booking and the season comes in 48hours before your first class then your booking could be changed to the next set of classes. 
 

5.  The owners of the dog(s) are entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst dogs are training at our venue unless we have been found to have been negligent.

6.  You agree to be responsible for any veterinary fees incurred in respect of any injuries your dog causes to another animal unless we have been found to have been negligent.

7.  The owner must advise me of any behavioural problems their dogs have at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of any future bookings.

8.  Payment for all services are required in full before the course begins. No refunds or training in lieu will be given if you are unable to make any individual lessons from a course, although you will be given full details on what was covered and what to work on for next time. For 1-2-1 lessons, refunds will only be given provided the 48 hour notice period is adhered to, or you have rearranged your appointment.

9.  You must ensure you clean up after your dogs and take all waste away with you.

10.  In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to amend or cancel sessions to ensure the safety of you, your dogs and ourselves.

11. Scoteleia Gundogs is compliant with all data protection regulations (GDPR).
